the decor is charmingly outdated, nothing like the photos. i had to make multiple trips to the reception because nobody ever answered the phone, very inconvenient. expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but i guess that’s too much to ask. i was almost going to give a good review, but just couldn’t overlook these issues.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
My room was far from what was advertised. I was led to believe I would get a king-sized bed, but it wasn't. The noise from the street made it impossible to sleep on the first night, and the pool had a foul smell, giving my kids rashes. I certainly didn’t expect such issues during our vacation. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
